Can anyone tell me if 1968 C Body bench seat - seat belts are the same in all ways as a 1969 bench seat Road Runner and will fit correctly?

Some 68 C bodies ( Fury ) had seat belts with a plastic kind of coating on the latch.
I have seen black ones like that.
Under that coating is a pebble finish bright metal.
That plus the data tag will say 68.
I used a set of 68 C rear belts in the back seat of my 67 B body. They were the same length.
