Cal-Tracs on a street car?

run them on my daily driver street/strip car,68 Satellite.they have been fine just soften the rear shocks or it will drive like a dump truck.i have ranchos run them on #4 on the street,#9 at the track
i have the mopar XHD springs

To add to Ohio's (not to hijack the thread) question:

How do the Caltracs effect cornering (if at all)? Is the mono-spring working in conjunction with your stock spring pack?

My Super Bee is running around 500 HP. I'd like to see if I can't help my pinion snubber get straight line traction under control, but I'd still like to have good cornering ability. I'm also looking at a rear sway bar.

I run the cal/trac monoleaf springs and rancho shocks on the street with the spool that been in the car for 30 years.Rear street meats are 16.5 X 31.No,it does not turn well,but goes GREAT in the straight line:grin:I don't bother to loosen up stuff for street drivin,never know when my right ankel needs equal pressure on the bottom of the foot:eek:
