cam advice for 440 wih edd heads

ive got kb hyda pistons 237 .eddy rpm heads 84cc chambers,getting a new eddy rpm intake ,getting a new carb to(hopeful fix my backfire when cold probem)headme headers 4 speed manual the blocks 30 bored over...i want to put a new cam in
wont be seeing any racestrips etc wit it just some street fun.(somthing with a mean sound any suggestions (m lookin to get 450 hp+if i can without spending too much)

still not decided on the cam....can i run http://www.summitracing.com/parts/LUN-60305LK/ this with this setup(stock rocker arms and pushrods??will it be street able?anybod n here rnnig a setup which is almost the sme?
