Can I put L-hand threaded studs on new disc brake rotors?

It's K-frame and front suspension resto time on my 1970 FM3 Satellite Conv. I am picky and would like to keep the L-hand threaded lug nuts on my car. I need to replace the original 2-piece rotors as one of them is too far gone. Can I just buy a new set of rotors and change out the studs on one side? If so can I just put original studs on it or is there another option out there ?

I am sure you can but good luck on finding them. If this is a special type restoration that will be judged I can see doing it. If not left threaded studs went by the wayside almost 50 years ago. Myself I would have all right threaded.

Maybe not gone by the wayside 50 years ago but you need to check the 'spline' size before going for it.....

Studs for a drum. Not sure if they are the same for a rotor

Depends on knurl size. If the L studs are correct or larger then you can do it. You won't know until you remove a stud and measure hole diameter

Finding the correct size knurl in an L may be a problem for replacement rotors.

I have N.O.S. Hub & Rotor Assemblies--- but only one (1) piece --- last two (2) piece are sold, about 3 or 4 years ago, now....,

I have *** N.O.S. *** LEFTY Front Wheel Studs for DISC and Drum --- and, yes, they are Very Different....
