Two in my family have died from this dreaded killer. I saw that 60 minute show also. I hope this may be a lead to the cure.

thanks to all of you. the dr. did a ct scan and the results were still good the cancer spot is small an stable no growth. going back friday and gonn a discuss the polio drug just to see what they have to say. will keep ya posted.

as we speak there is a 4 part series on PBS and the steps their making are really promising on cures and treatment ..just amazing we are finally making great progress ..God bless us from this horrible plague which I lost my Mother to at 9

well i went to my dr. today at UW OF MADISON and went pretty good. she said the scan results came back the same as last time so everything is stable and all blood counts are normal an everything is looking good. i asked her about the polio virus and of course is still in trial mode but said it opened up alot of doors on this. UW is also working on drugs to unmask the cancer so the bodys immune system can kick its a$$. she said the bodys immune system is the strongest drug to fight any virus. they have 3 or 4 back up plans for me to try if an when it decides to give me problems. my dr. said these are proven an successful plans an that the polio virus is not a complete proven plan yet. i told her bring it, i can take it. i WANT to beat this crap. if any of you going thru this even when it gets rough try to stay positive and try to laugh and be head strong. cancer cant stand you having a good time. im lucky to have my family backing me and my friends and the guys i work with keep me in good spirits. kinda give that alot to me doing as good as i am. you cant give up thats what it wants. thanks to all of you. you guys are the best. now i can say i got a ton of backing from my FBBO brothers. just the greatest MOPAR site on the www. take care everyone. god bless usaroadrunner/gary

My dad was telling me about this. We lost my mother to Pancreatic Cancer July 31st 2013.
I hope they found a cure.

Good luck with your treatment. I saw that video about the modified polio virus and it's results. Who would have thought that anything good could come from polio.

Hey Gary! Great of you to post this on the site! I saw the article on 60 Minutes as well and was astonished!! The Dr presenting also said this was the most incredible and promising break through he's seen in his 30+ year career and so much so they were going after other cancers with it as well - as the article was mostly about brain cancer.

Keep up the good fight my brother and let us know what the Dr. says about your situation.
