can't post pictures

Any idea why I cannot post any pictures? I am not doing anything different. I even tried to upload pictures that I have uploaded before and it justs give me a error message.

Anyone recall what the max file size was? Today it's 195K. I think it may have gone down. My 1024 res pic came in at 320K and wouldn't go.
