Tallhair.....How do you get the image you posted inserted in a post?

I click "go advanced" and then "upload photos" and pull them off my computer. ive noticed when I haven't ran a scan or cleared my cookies and files in a while, it wont let me upload until I do

The method you used and the rest are working.

The method I outlined above is not working .. well for many of us anyway.

Try to upload a pic from the quick reply menu

If you mean your comment about implants to the mechanic the quoted pic is showing up.

I deleted the pics from the quote when I replied to super77 if that's what you mean

Interesting. I just tried it in the Blue Room, and got the same. For me, instead of a picture in the quoted section, it just says "Attatchment XXXXX" in red lettering instead of the pic. In older posts, I'm seeing the picture in the quote.

Hey Satman . . . here's what I've been noticing . . .

IF you reply to a post with a picture in it, then it will show up in your reply.

However, if you reply with quote and the picture is in the Quoted text - then it'll show up as a link and not a picture.

That's at least what I've been seeing . . . hope that helps out . . .

I sent a PM to Joey about this . . . we use to be able to upload several at a time - now you can only upload one at a time . . .

Looks like they updated the upload process - for now, upload one at a time until you get them all uploaded - then insert all of them into your post . . .

It may be the best we're going to get but I'll keep looking into it.

Here is what happened -- and I'll do my best to explain it without too much programmers jargon.

There was a security vulnerability discovered in a set of code instructions. I had to eliminate that set in order to keep the site secure. Unfortunately, that is what caused these issues and I've had to switch to a secondary means for uploading photos.

OK, no it's not. I had the pic on the "Nice car..." post. Then I updated and added "OK! Thats....." ; At that point it came back with the "Attachment XXXX" thing again.
