car bumping ////4 speed help

my car starts to bump around when the speed is really low like if im driving around 10 kmh leg of throttle throttle off cars starts to bump/jump really bad
is this normal?and got my 4 speed rebuild ...all gears changed expect 4 gear
but i still get a whine when i down shift or let go of the throttle at low speeds

What you describe sounds normal. What is your engine rpm at that speed? Idle speed or lower?

my 4 speed whines also, I think all manual cars do this or neally all, the jumping you describe sounds like a carb or fuel issue.
