I'm planning on going all 4 days. Looking into hotel now, usually stay in Mechanicsburg,Country Inn and Suites, lot cheaper then in Carlisle. Going to take the '67 and the '10 Challenger R/T. Keep in touch, would like to hook up and check out your ride. That would be a pretty good road trip from Texas, hope gas won't be $5 a gallon by then......

In the fall they have a swap meet/ car corral, lots of stuff, not a whole lot of Mopar. Maybe you could come down with an illness for the Mopar event, wouldn't really be fibbing as it is kinda a sickness! Here is the link.......

haha..you wouldn't say that if you knew my boss...makes Scrooge look like a saint!! so that's not feasible...maybe when i retire from bartending..

I'll be there with my car, and I think I've convinced tpodwdog to bring his car up as well.
I'll be there, most likely with the '10 Challenger.

I hate that i'm going to miss the show this year..... next year for sure.
I do have two vendor spaces in row N that somebody might be able to use to vend parts... camp on ... or just park. My cost is $80.00 per space, (their side by side). That includes a vehicle pass and two people passes per space for the entire event.
If interested you can have them for my cost.....

Hey Will, What do you know about the State of PA requiring a tax ID no. now for anyone renting a vendor spot? This apparently is something new this year, and is causing some guys to not renew their spots, even just to camp.

I reviewed my space renewal form and found only the same "Pa sales tax license" requirement paragraph as found in past renewals, nothing different. I have had my three spaces together there for over 15 years now. Sometimes I have brought a truck load of stuff to sell, and other years a car with just a trunk load, and other times just used the space to park my truck or car and setup a tent or pop up camper for the event. Never in that time have I aquired a sales tax license or been asked to do so.
It's more of a policy required by the State of Pa, no doubt.

Deceased, But not forgotton
this will be my eighth year in a row in the same spaces. I now have 7. when I renewed this year the lady on the phone said they have a new tax agent who is a real stickler about collecting taxes.
just for the heck of it I applied for and received my Pa tax number.
to avoid any problems all my prices will have sales tax included

We'll be going up Thursday with the 63 space R134 if the weather looks good,if not we'll use everyday driver.What time does CVM Dodge put on its thing?

Starts at 4PM but I think you can get on the lot earlier. Check your PM....
