Carlisle,pa

I noticed you are in Buffalo NY, as this is my closest American city, I was wondering if you know of any good places to buy craigar rims and tires in your city or close bye. We travel to Bufflo a few times a year it would be handy and I could hold off on my tires and rims as things are usually better priced in the USA.
Been going to Carlisle for over 20 years....have a spring and mopar spot. Can find better deals than the internet alot, plus You get to look the item over. If You need somthing and can't find it there, You're not looking hard enough. I stay in Harrisburg as the hotel rates are half what is at Carlisle or near..it's 23 miles on the interstate one way but to Me the cost savings are worth the miles.

in reference to finding parts, I'm talking about the mopar Carlisle...the spring is mopar "barren" for parts...as usual...mostly GM.....BUT...the car corral is much bigger...and a few mopars show up there

Chrysler Carlisle is about 40 acers of nothing but Mopar parts. These days it is pretty much in full rock n roll mode by Thursday morning. I pull into the fairgrounds on Tuesday morning and am setup by the night. Years back I was the 1st or so in there. This year there was several people already there on Tuesday morning when I pulled in. We camp out in our spot for 5 nights and am still one of the last out of there on Sunday night. It's a blast. I go to around 13-15 shows a year from the Flings in CA to Carlisle. If I had to choose only one I'd make the 4000 mile trip to Carlilse over any other.

As far as prices it has it's people that think a radio knob is worth 100.00 but also has lots of great deals. There is just sooooooooooo much stuff there. Takes a good couple days to really walk it all.

Then there is the Show field. Couple years back they had just over 3200 Mopars.
Oh and a big Manufactures Midway.
As stated before, Carlsile is a must do.

To be honest.... Every year I attend it is raining like crazy and once that stops, it become's 105 degrees. The entrance fee is crazy now, Vendor's(food as well) charge all kind's of crazy price's, etc. Hope you have better time. Just my opinion.

I agree with the food and beverage prices...crazy money...and the prices some of these guys want for the cars is funny..
