Cars with same paint & stripe color

Not long ago I saw a 69 6 Pack Superbee on Mecum that was triple black, and also had a black Bumblebee stripe on the tail. I thought that car was so tough looking.

Does anyone else on here have a similarly equipped car? Not necessarily just a Superbee or black, but any car/color with the same color stripe?

There are a few rare examples of pink cars with pink stripes and some other same body/stripe colors. It seems most are on E bodies and the vast majority are the hi impact colors.

I have seem quite a few examples of black on black but I have never seen a white on white. There were only 3 stripe colors (black, white and red) offered until 1970 when the hi impact colors were released along with more stripe colors.

I think what the OP is asking is, "any car/color with the same color stripe?"

As in a black car with black stripe or red car with red stripe.

I believe from what I have seen in person and other examples on the internet that the black on black is the most popular, if you can call it popular, as even that is not seen often. It looks good as the stripes just like the hood treatments, lift of hoods, etc are kind of a flat black against the shiney black paint.

I had a '68 GTX, white, black interior, black vinyl top, back in '74. It had white stripes. They were so subtle I had the car like 3 months before I even knew it had stripes and only found out then cause a buddy started raving about how they lit up when he saw me cross in front of him at an intersection one night.

I've seen black/black- VERY cool IMO.
and white/white. Seen pink/red- interesting.
You would think red/red would be cool, but I've never seen that or blue/blue.

A friend recently sold a '70 Super Bee, Jamaica Blue (B3) with light blue "C" stripes.

I love the black ones with the black decaling, The others great to but there's something about the black! The first one i ever seen was a black Super Bee a 69, that car was beautiful.

This one used to be mine b3 Blue paint with V6B stripe.
