GTX hood paint treatment texture question

I had the local paint supply store mix up the organisol for my lift off hood. Texture came out perfect.

I shoot flat black at a low pressure to get the texture.

Roger Gibsons restorations sold the correct paint 3 years ago. It was $90 a pint then.

I like post #22. There's a helluva lot more to it than just the paint. It's called technique and experience.
One step further, going to guess that from day to day that the factory paint was different too. Every time that it's washed it changes some. So, how do you like your steak?

OH YEAH 150% .. This ain't BONDO, Sealer & Primer! Seen a lot of screwed up looking Fiberglass hoods out there. On only thing that can possibly make em worse is seeing a "SIX PACK" decal on a PLYMOUTH! LoL

Definitely want a Regulator 'In Line" I wouldn't go past 23/25 psi.. ;-)
