I’ve missed the window for getting my carb rebuilt for this year but want to pull it off and clean it up at least. I want to have a base gasket for the carb and choke intake hole on hand - just in case.. Anyone have part numbers or places to find them quickly?
Carb is a 3253S on a 361 BB.

I would think any auto parts store. It's a standard square bore configuration I believe

It is the narrow bolt pattern square flange. Most gaskets have a dual epattern on the bolt holes.

a 361 stock intake doesn’t have a choke gasket, it is not open in the casting.

Thanks, didn’t know that about the choke gasket. There are so many different Carter carbs I want to make sure I have the right gasket in hand before pulling it off. Some websites show a whole mess of various base gaskets.

FWIW, the correct gasket for this carb is a Felpro 60015
