Charger 1967 / 2012

Wow, that's great work. Love what you're doing here. Keep up the great work.

Wow, that's awesome!! I love the first Gen Chargers and wish more would fix them up but what your doing is crazy.... in a cool way. My only dislike to the new chassis in the old body is the lack of dish in the wheels (lacks that muscle look), you doing anything in that department? At any rate I love what your doing, keep up the good work.

This is pretty cool steff!! Can't wait to see it done! What wheel you looking to put on it? You keeping the track width the same as the 2012, or narrowing slightly? If you don't narrow it your wheel selection decreases, well at least for what would look good on the '66, kinda what 747mopar was getting at. You're doing great work, keep it up!!!

Thanks .. Have not decided what it will be for type of wheels. As it looks now i keeping the track width the same as the 2012 Charger..

Unbelievable, that's some of the craziest stuff I've ever seen. You will have one of the coolest cars out there!

Damn Sam! You're my Hero! Keep up the great work. You're doing what many of us would like to do, but can't! Love it.

Nice work on both the sunroof and fender.

This is one sweet build thread. I need to see more I want a 66-67 really bad and want to do this for the most part but instead of the auto I'd go 6 speed and maybe the srt hemi and....oh yeah that's why I'm not doing this because once I start I can't stop .damn my being a protectionist.

Hey Steff, what you are doing with this car is awesome! I really like how you have modified it.
Are you modifying the front nose and the tail section? Looking forward to more.
Thanks,Joe

WOW....I mean...just WOW. Here I thought that I was doing some forward thinking, cutting edge modifications to my 67 Coronet. You have blown my mind Steff. This reminds me of the 2015 Ridler Award winning Impala Imposter that Chip Foose built. Very cool, you are obviously a master sheet metal man. Totally awesome!!
I will be watching this very closely and enlarging every pic so that I can really examine what you have done, and then steal your ideas...oh..ha,ha, I mean boorroww them..lol.

Great job! Lots of preplanning going on here forsure. Just one question... Are you worried about air damming in the engine bay? Looks like it can get air in but where is it going to escape? Seems like it would also get very hot under the hood too. Please just asking not trying to kill your project. I LOVE IT! Keep up the awsome work!

I guess the correct term is air stacking.

Hey Sate70..What I believe there will not be any problem if I compare how it looked under the hood of 2012 Chargern... Have thought of it.. What I plan to do is potentially make air outlet on the hood..
