Clock dead - looking for options.

I have a tick tock tach in my car and the clock has died. It is an afermarket part. Does anyone rebuild these or do i just buy a new one.

When I had my cluster restored with an original tic toc tachometer/clock they installed a updated movement on the clock. I'm not sure how the aftermarket ones are made.
