Clutch fork pivot, fork, and other components

Putting together a 413 with 4 speed for my '63 D100 truck. I have the American Powertrain bell housing, 11" flywheel, and pilot bushing for an un reamed crank. What pivot, fork and throw out bearing do I chose, looks like there's some differences out there.
