Columbia Parts - Don't ask questions unless you want your head bitten off

Well, now we live in the age of the internet, so we don't have to put up with crappy service like we did years ago. See, I don't have to go to my local parts store and put up with their bull anymore. I can go online and pull up a crapload of sites wanting to sell me what I want/need. If you want to act like an *** when I ask a simple question, I'm only a keystroke away from going somewhere else to spend my money. It has nothing to do with being "hormonal" as you put it.

You spend much time with women in the great northland? Yes, we can always go to another site, but rushing off to do the internet equivalent of running to the beauty parlor to tell Gladys and the gals about that rude man at the store? That's a chick thing. Guys will rush off to complain about bad parts, or worse ripoffs, but someone being rude and hurting your feelings... that's

Dang, just called dude a bitch and out at the same time brutal lmao

ECS: We're talking apples and oranges. I did check out your advertising and I find it very informative and professional. You touted all the advantages and the quality of YOUR service and then compared your product to OE and a "generic-incorrect" product. I have no problem with that as that doesn't qualify as "bashing the competition", since you don't name the competition.
Again, I liked your ad and would probably be a customer if I had a need.
We kind of got way off topic so I'll let it go at that.

Good for you! First off, I never said anything about going to another site and complaining about the service I got. All I said was that if you as a business owner want to be an ***, I have other options. As far as women go, yeah I do spend a lot of time with them. It gets cold here, we share body heat.
All that aside, I guess that in your hallowed opinion, no one should post on a public forum that some business was not customer friendly?
