Man, I'm soooooooooo sick of this damm inversion here. 6 weeks of sub-freezing weather. Every day is a struggle to reach our avg low for the high of the day. 17*. Did get up to 37* for a few hours last weekend as a storm blew threw other than that been 20-25* below normal. Really sad when 25* feels good. Have alot of work to do down in the yard. Pulling parts and filling orders. Everyday I try to wait til it gets over 10* before heading out in the yard. Atleast we have more sunny days than FL. The only thing I miss about Denver is their 60* days like today.
We are on track for our coldest Jan on record here in the valley.:sad2:
Sorry Just had to throw a bitch.

LOL yep , 58* for the high today here in Colorado Springs.... sorry , i couldnt help it lol. if its any consolation , its been below 20* for the last week or so . ive only recently been able to go outside for more than 5 minutes

Been below 0 here at night for a week, gets up to 10 or so in the day time. I am all for global warming. I hate squeaky snow.

Bright and sunny and a wonderful 3*F right now which is actually better than the -3* that its been at 8:45am.

Man, you ain't kidding about this cold weather. Here in Phoenix we had low 70's temps and then temps in the low to mid 60's for 5 days in a row.... 5 DAYS IN A ROW!!!! We had to wear long sleeve t-shirts and long pants... Brrrrrrrr!!!

we had a cold month & especially the last 2 previous weeks for here, in the 20's or colder here all month, way too cold for Calif. IMHFO anyway.... our PG&E bills are thru the freaken' roof, 4 times normal, $580 & I can't burn firewood much either, to save some energy, my Old Pops ******* & whines about his Asthma flare ups {all in his feeble alcohol rotted mind...LOL....} way too much...

I hear ya......Windchills down to -30 to -40 below here come Monday night/Tues. You know it's cold when the snot freezes in your nose and your teeth hurt as soon as you walk out side. Love the snow in the winter, but the bitter cold can stay up on Hudson Bay as far as I'm Concerned. :cold:

I grew up in North Dakota so I find it funny how cold people think it is here in Jersey... They freak out over and close the schools over an inch of snow... I remember waiting at the bus stop in blizzards and climbing through 4 feet of snow to get there... in October.
Anyways, it was in the high 40's today might have hit 50 but I was out in basketball shorts and a t-shirt doing yard work... I was considering washing the cars... and the neighbors look at us like we're the nuts...

I lived in Anchorage & Palmer Alaska & worked up in Point Barrow/Prudo Bay in extreme sub zero weather {and Polar Bears..LOL....} for Tester Oil Drilling sub-contracting/building Quonset Huts/Barracks & Platforms for oil production workers, FREEZING my butt off, but I had the proper clothing to deal with the extremes too... But when I first moved back to Northern Calif. I thought, even in the Tahoe area, when I would ski, it seemed like T-Shirt weather...LOL... what are people complaining about when it's cold ??, although the Lake Tahoe area is a far different type "moist/wet cold Sierra Cement, instead of a dry cold Corn Snow/with piercing wind chill" like Alaska, but I was much younger then & the extremes in cold, didn't bother me anywhere near as much as it does now...

We have 54 degrees and sunshine in Ga today. Man I feel for you.

were back in the high 40's -mid 50's today... yeah ha
