I see Compu-Flow's website is down. Is Nick still doing head work and building engines or did he shut down? Curious. Got some stuff from him last year but see his site is no more. Anybody know if he's still open or not?
Mike Ross at B/E/A Parts told me he was diabetic and in poor health. He was visiting his mother in a nursing home and died of a heart attack. It was in the summer maybe around July. He was one of the nicest guys to talk to and would go out of his way to help. His son used to help him, but I do not know if his son will will continue with the business.
Damn that sucks. He was very nice to talk to. Very helpful and patient to answer questions. Man that's awful. I think he was only in his 50's if I recall correctly?
He died August 8, 2015 and was 55 years old. The link did not show correctly in my last post, but if you Google Nicholas F. Wilson in Medina Ohio his obituary should show. He and Mike Ross were good friends and I have a branch in Medina, Ohio. Medina is a small close knit town and very Norma Rockwell-esque about two hours of my business in Pittsburgh.
Nick died August 8th 2015, the guys in the shop were/are going to finish up all work that was in the shop then close the doors. Here is his Obituary.
