Console Armrest

[65 Dartman]

I have a 66 console with the armrest. I have the pushbutton that allows the armrest to be opened and a homemade wire that sort of keeps the armrest down but not all the way. I know this is not correct. Can anyone take a picture of whatever parts i might be missing. Thanks in advance
