Convertible ram very tight on one side

Even before the new top, one ram is loose, the other stressed to the outside. I have the tech book, but it does not address this problem. Help please!

And the car is?

Need to remove interior panels and access the ram mounting area. There are metal pins with bushing over them on most mopars. One is a bracket that bolts on, the other side is a solid mounted pin. I bet you will see a problem in there.

Sorry 63 Fury vert. interior off already, will look at pins and maybe length of actuating rods.
