Rubyred, can you zoom out on the rad support? Still trying to figure out where everyone is saying it is. And specifically I have a support beneath the radiator and two side supports, so when someone says "upper" I'm lost.

I'm pretty sure you should find the Sales Order, not the VIN, on the radiator support. Since it's a St. Louis car, have you looked on the side of the radiator support on the engine side or have you only looked on the top?

Yes, on my 66 it is on the top driver's side.

When we say top are we referring to the actual frame support or "cross member" that goes fender to fender between the radiator and grill? Still trying to narrow this down. Thanks.

This may help. Here's a picture of body numbers stamped on top of the radiator support and a picture of numbers stamped on the radiator side.

Here is the pkg tray S0#, it is stamped in between the right speaker hole and the rear glass.
