Coronet dash removal question

Im considering removing my 69 Coronet dash to paint it. Is it physically possible to remove it without removing the windshield ? Particularly if I remove the front seats to make it easier.

Not to minimize your ingenuity but the question was about whether one can remove the dash pad without removing the metal dash frame.

The initial question was to remove the dash to paint it, indeed later on the conversation changed over to the dash pad.
Anyway, thought is was worth sharing for the ones in need.
