Hello from cold damp England
My 66 Coronet park brake system is siezed throughout. I am starting to strip it out The main footbrake assembly seems to be held in by two studs into the drivers footwell. I have removed the nuts, but it still seems to be stuck solid. Is there a stud or bolt I can't see holding it.
Cheers Steve.

There is also one on the side. You may have to move the pedal to see it.

You'll probably have to change a cable or two. With the cable disconnected at the actuator in the foot well see if the thing operates up and down. You may be removing it for nothing. When you get the cables and whatever free here's the proper adjustment procedure.
