Coronet title question/help

Ok folks I have wondered this for years and cant get any kind of answer as to what it means

My 70 coronet title has a section that the car is marked for export ....I live in Pennsylvania so what does this mean exactly?

Most likely it was supposed to go possibly Canada. Or another country. Obviously it didn’t get there.
My guess.

Does it have "Certificate of Title for a Vehicle" at the top?

440 4 speed is right. my SC360 has the same thing on it... built in WI sold in Canada. found its way back to OH and lives in PA. still shows as a export.
