For year to year comparison sake the above rear bumper Tri-city did for me in 2020 was $500 and to re-do last year was $900. Prices jumped.

I had the front bumper done on my wife's 71 Road Runner 2 years ago down in El Paso. Cost was $525.00. If I remember right took about 3-4 weeks. They did a nice job

Thanks for the replies. I have a lead on a rechromed bumper I can buy outright. I thought the price was a little high but now I see it is inline with having one rechromed.
Plus I would not be comfortable shipping my only bumper incase it goes missing. So I would have to buy another one first then send it off to get rechromed. Which would add to the cost. Hopefully I can make a deal on the already rechromed one.

Fairly common (meaning possibly repopped) bumper. Id buy an AMD if available before sending yours out. You might be happy with the AMD, and save a few hundred bucks. (I am very happy with my 69 runner AMD rear.)
Does AMD have 70 Coronet bumpers? I have AMD bumpers on my 71 Road Runner. I'm Happy with them.
I just had a 68 Coronet Station Wagon rear bumper done by Tri City Plating. It had a rust hole through the mounting bracket out the exterior chrome. I repaired the bracket and the exterior metal. Tri City requested to let them dress the exterior welding. $1200 including return shipping and very satisfied.

I just looked on AMD's website and didn't see bumpers listed for a 70 Dodge. And I also didn't see a listing for 68-69 Plymouth bumpers, which is scary as it is a popular year.
I have AMD bumpers on my 69 GTX and like the quality.
Thanks, they are the same as R/T and Superbee. I checked AMD, they are not reproduced.

people are completely distracted when driving, now it's cell phones, before it was makeup, radios, or whatever, 20 yrs ago I had a lady rear end me on the PA turnpike during a traffic slowdown, told the patrolman "she didn't see me" boy did the cop blow up, you'll see why, pic of my truck to follow...

Anybody remember about 30 yrs ago when the big job fairs were how to start up businesses, and some startups were for sale, one being...chrome or gold plating business, simple electric transformer, some expensive plating materials, demonstrations usually involving a booth where a guy gold plates a coin lol. All for the low low price of 5k
I guess I can't see it either!
I had my rear rechromed and it was $750. And I bought an AMD front bumper for less than that. And it is as nice as the rechromed bumper.
