It's been around a while. Looks like it started as a 67. Check out what happened to the front grill emblem.
 
$9500 no way. The long ram intake doesn't seem to be hurt, the carbs could be another matter. One could possibly save the grill, and the bucket seats too. Drivetrain might be workable. Just trying to look at the positive, but the car itself is atrocious.
