I just pulled the trigger on a set of almost new Crane roller rockers with the shafts, complete.
The guy wanted $299.00 for them so I bid $310.00. No one else wanted them so I got em for
$360.00 with tax & shipping. My Crane Iron rockers are all together now thanks to Moparguy59! He sold me two beautiful rockers to replace my galled ones. Afraid that in the future my Cranes will start having problems, I bought these. So what do you guys say about the quality of these rollers? Thanks!

Crane is good quality for certain!
I think they sell for about $360 for the set...without tax

I believe crane aluminum roller rockers for a mopar have not been available new for a few years. After Crane was purchased they were discontinued as were most of crane's products. I think they are decent rockers, the down side is that if you have one bad you will need to mix and match w another brand. The closest similiar style rocker I have seen is the mancini roller rockers.

Yeah. I'm hoping to keep em going for awhile! Hey, I found these!

I've had a set on my Small block for 17 years. My son ran them on his Turbo small block for about 6 years. My blown small block has the blue Mopar rockers which I believe were made by Crane. Never any failures.

I was reading your types of Cranes posts from September I believe on the different types
of Cranes that you have!

It's a shame they don't make them anymore.

If I'm correct Dove manufacturing Made crane rockers just as well as they made Mopar rockers and Indy. They're back in business

451 B engine with Crane Golds for 22 years now and still counting.

I tried Dove and the listing says "Permanently Closed"

They're not close I just bought a set of 16 rockers off of them get their number and call them I also talked to the owner.

I had Crane gold rockers on my race car for years, very durable. I had an adjuster come loose one time and the pushrod beat up the rocker but it survived.

I do have several nice sets of them laying around in the shop
that I could sell but will not break up a set. I am mid 70's and
thinning out my stuff.

I haven't received them yet. Are they bushed or just aluminum bore?

So, I just received my Crane rockers today. The rockers themselves look very nice. The adjusters
are extended somewhat, but I think I have a correct set of push rods. My question to those of you
that have ever owned a set of these is: The shafts are hard-chromed and have about a thousandth
worth of wear on the bottom, but these shafts resemble a banana! If you put a straightedge on the
top of the shafts, it rests on the ends, and there is a 1/4" gap in the middle! WTF? Are these supposed
to be like this? The shafts measure at 0.872dia.
