So our good buddies from Wagons of Steel (South) will be racing their CS/A wagon in Spokane next month for a division 6 race and I thought we would go down and support them but it really pains me to drive over three hours to a race track and not race. So my question is, can a lowly bracket racer like myself run in their pro class with the secret society of class racers or should I just stick to what I know best and try not to rock the divisional boat?

If you can run near/close to the class national index et/mph... why not ?... I'd get a rule book 1st... But class racing is usually, is a weight per cubic inch class {not sure about NSS rules} & very specific rules, regarding body mods, body types, engine parts/mods {cam heads compression}, intake/carb/exhaust, fuel/fuel systems, tires, chassis & suspension mods, cage, belts clothing, SFI safety gear, wheelbase etc., blah blah blah... They check everything... good luck

Interesting, I always thought that NSS would be the class for us but I don't know that they run that in Div 6. Actually this is first time that I discovered that they run a pro and super pro class.

yep you can always run in those super pro & pro handicap brackets too, as long as you have all the proper SFI Cert. & updated safety stuff, for your ET/MPH... NHRA doesn't mess around... Not sure where, but your car could run in Competition Eliminator too, just need to find out where you fit, good luck

I don't know of any NHRA Nostalgia Super Stock, at points races or national events... except the NHRA Hot Rod Reunions in several places/locations/tracks, very specific rules & requirements... Hot Rod Heritage series maybe also, western states & coast US... Google search NHRA Hot Rod

Hmmm judging by the lack of response from the b-body race community (except for the ever knowledgeable Budnicks) I'll assume that this is a bad idea and maybe skip it.
