Custom Powder Coating ...

You should be proud. Thats a great piece, for a great purpose.

Here's an eclectic mix from the last couple weeks. The Indian heat shields and the tough old steel original Caddy valve covers are coincidentally both for 1956 models (not for the same guy either).

These babies were incredibly pitted but he said he was lucky to find any.

Wanting a "classy result that Elvis would approve of" (made me laugh), I went with candy gold accents against a gorgeous new midnight blue texture that hid all of the pitting on the main bodies while using it on the accents to magnify the sparkle.

I'm having a special sale for my 18th Anniversary on May 31! Watch this to find out the details.

Thank you for your amazing support through the years!!! I know I wouldn't be here without YOU.

Very cool, I didn't even think to powdercoat a license plate. Might need to get that done during the cold season!

New Powder **** for one of my first and best customers from FABO back in 2008!

It was definitely a masking challenge with the layout being different on both sides, but knowing Eric is happy is the best reward I could ask for. I hope to get a video when it's installed and running! (He also has a set of matching Mopar Performance valve covers and a custom B5/silver MSD box to go along with it.)

It was a fun and interesting one for sure, my first ever custom fan. If I remember right he wanted it to resemble a Corsair airplane. Here's his idea on arrival.

Thanks for looking! I wouldn't be here without YOU!
The logarithms work as well here as they do on YouTube! First time I seen this! True love my friend!!!

Just a quick bump on my long-standing thread. I'm seeing quite a few posts from (especially newer) members getting stuff coated over the last few months. I'm a FBBO Vendor who would LOVE an opportunity to quote your job!

With PirateShip.com it doesn't cost nearly as much to ship as it does using your local UPS / FedEx box store outlets either.

Even if it's just some brackets or something I'd appreciate your support! Custom color matching, unique color schemes and a sharp eye for detail have kept PSC's doors open for over 18 years.

You'll also get a FBBO Labor Discount you probably won't enjoy from your local guy. Military and Law Enforcement -- enlisted / retired / Veteran -- get 12% off the labor just as a small Thank You because I hold you in very high esteem.

Here's a few more recent creations since I haven't updated my thread in awhile.

This is a side by side comparison of that restored base up there with an original I started work on Friday.

He's going with an "Elvis theme" and wanted blue suede texture with matte gold accents. They were a challenge but he loves them now. (They really are the same color but propping one up made my LED hit them differently.)

I won't deny it.

Custom one-off valve covers and intake manifolds have always been my favorite thing to work up. Though some color schemes may be similar, no two are exactly alike. It's on purpose ... because I'm an artist at heart who just happens to be a die hard gearhead.

Bodywork is my favorite part, getting the metal as close to perfect as possible before any powder starts flying. It makes the details stand out and helps customers win trophies all over the world.
