dash electrical issue

Hi I'm new at this,I have a 1967 satellite and have the dash out putting in PCB But when dash came out there is looks like condenser wire unplugged.Where does that plug back into? spade connection right beside voltage limiter will try to add photo.file://localhost/Users/danielwithrow/Desktop/67%20satellite%20updated%20/DSCF4355.JPG

On the 68 dash that spade plugs into the middle slot with the "voltage limiter"
