tach is powered of the back of the fuse box I believe always has power no fuse on it.

Great that’s how I have it tach is hot all the time and it does work it’s the clock not working I’m gonna look at the dash lights today

I was working on it today made sure the connectors were on tight checked the fuses again like you mentioned one seemed not right so I changed it used a continuity tester all good there hooked up the battery and the clock starts working checked the dash lights all working only thing that wasn’t was the wiper squirted someone had mentioned there’s a power wire that goes on the wiper switch which was off on mine I put it on and bingo it works so happy about it everything works wanna thank all of you for your help without you guys it wouldn’t of gotten fixed. One other thing I can’t find is the plug to the radio should be on the left side of the cluster but I can’t seem to locate it can anyone advise what does the plug come off of in the harness

It comes off the main harness near what wires for what gauge unless mine were cut not sure why someone would cut them

I put the radio in today tried to hook it up didn’t work tried to find the plug from the harness moved the harness around looking now the clock and dome lights don’t work again unreal I give up maybe I’ll sell it
slow down and see if the fuse blew. You might have a bare wire shorting out. Welcome to the Mopar gremlin hes a PITA

The three way connector? If it has an orange wire it is your dash lights. Works the same as instrument lights and dims with head light switch.

My two way plug is gone someone must of cut it out can I run 12v from the fuse box to the red power wire I don’t car about the light working or will that toast the radio

Red wire is the power for the radio
Yes you can run a wire to your radio of the fuse box.Did you get the dinner light all worked out?

I pushed the connectors on under the dash again Blake you mentioned and got the dimmer and clock working again thanks again for that help is there a fuse in the radio that could blow I got the radio just a stock am from a guy and he said he went over it and it was working but I can’t get anything out of it thinking if there’s a fuse on it somewhere
