Decode wheel type on build sheet

I need help decoding the wheel type on a '70 Roadrunner.
Road - 61
Color - TX9
Spare - 16
Wheel Cover - 24

TX9 = Black wheel

The 16 might be 7.75 WW bias-ply tire.

appreciate your help; wish I knew if it was road wheels or ralleye, but I think I will go with road wheels, 15x7 front and 15x8 rear, every runner you see has ralleye wheels. this is a ralleye red car, air grabber, and yes, a hemi.thanks for your help Patrick66!
