I have not ordered anything from them so that is why I am asking.

I have purchased many things from Jim. Everything has been very good. I have the non A/C heater box kit on my desk now.
A few years ago I made a kit and installed it. Took hours, that would have more productive working on something else.

As everyone states above, they are extremely good and their products fit perfectly. If you call Jim or someone in the building, you can set up a time/date to pick it up yourself. I did, but then their shop is only 15 minutes from me.
