DiabloSport tuner update trouble

Everytime I try to do something on a PC it never works. I bought the PC interface kit and this thing just doesn't make sense to me. I can not get it to work. I read the instructions but they might as well be written in latin. Anyone have any experience with the Diablo Predator tuner?

I am one of the older generation that never figured out the computer.

I had a Predator for my 04 Powerstroke. Whenever I had trouble with something I just called Granetelli. Great customer service.
