disc brakes for a 68 b body

I have the 73 A Body spindles and calipers that are rear mounted, the A Body brake hose is too short. Which hose should I use. Thanks.

I used the A body hoses and just moved the mounts for the end. I also completely re-did my hard lines.

Here is the parts needed to rear mount sliders on 66-70 b-body.
brake hose - Brakebest BH-99069
calipers - cardone 18-4145 & 18-4144
These should be available at your local auto parts store.
