I think everyone expects to see these cars sit up like some kid hot rodded the car in high school. They sat low from the factory.
Look at the original Plymouth advertisement picture below. Remember that this car has 14" rims with 70 series tires, so 15" rims will be a 'bigger circle' than the 14's and sit that much closer to the lip of the fender, making the car look lower.
Bottom line is - in my opinion, your springs don't look tired at all...
