I've checked out some lower control arms for my 71 Charger at rockauto.com and they do NOT have the provision for sway bars in the pictures of the items, nor in the parts notes section.
Some can be purchased with factory sway bar mounts on the Lower Control Arms, some don't, you need to order them with the mounts installed or get the mounts & install/weld them on yourself... Maybe try Mancini Racing {or Year One} for the restoration Control arms... I don't remember off hand, who it is that sells/make the factory style sway bar tabs, you can weld on yourself, but they are available still... I've seen a few companies that sell aftermarket sway bars, for Mopar, use a 1/4" thick/90* tab, for use of a sway bar installed on cars that weren't equipped with them from the factory, that tab is then held in place by the lower shock bolt... good luck
