I have a couple questions.
My 68 has drum brakes (all 4), I would like to update them to power disk/rotor brakes. Any suggestions ?
How about this kit ? -> http://www.summitracing.com/int/parts/rsd-mdc42dcz/overview/year/1968/make/dodge/model/charger

Any suggestions for suspension ? Of course budget one

How about steering rack ? Is this any good ? Or its better to invest that money somewhere else.-> http://www.speedwaymotors.com/1968-74-Mopar-B-Body-Rack-and-Pinion-Kit-B-B-Engine,38452.html

Best Regards,

If you have 11" drums, consider these. They work well and are adequate for my needs. www.musclecarbrakes.com

Firm Feel Stage 2. PST tubular UCA's. Bilsteins all corners. USCartool subframe weld-in connectors.

The steering racks that have been offered all seem to have TWO glaring flaws that make them UNdesireable: Poor turning radius AND the increase in Bump Steer. What is Bump Steer?
In short, it is the condition where the car tends to feel twitchy and unstable as the suspension goes through its range of motion. It happens because the steering rack "Tie rod" ends are a different length than the lower control arms, causing steering angle changes during normal suspension movement.
