At least they didn't turn it into some kind of halfass SUV like ford did....but they won't get a centavo of my money (much like I'm sure all those "fans" on the sidelines in the video won't be the ones shelling out the $$$ for one either...)
I guess time will tell if all the snotnosers that champion 'going green' will support these "hi-po EV' ventures, as we and our forefathers did with the V8s.

This is even worse than i thought. Fake engine noises too that sounds like someone farting in a tin can??? What an embarassment!

Looking at the car the roof reminds me of an attempt at a 66 Charger to a point but, not as good. But, that is my just my opinion. On the other hand the car looks like they used part of a Challenger by stretching the roof and cutting part of the back off. The engine sounds remind me of the El Nino from the 1998 series of Need For Speed III and maybe a cross with that plus the Interceptor sounds from "The Wraith" with Charlie Sheen.

EV. Sounds kinda gay. :)

I guess “V” is for vehicle?

Who here calls their car a ******* vehicle?

The front of the car looks like the current Camaro, the roofline looks like they stole it from a ten year old Cadillac and it looks like a four door oddly cobbled into a coupe! I have zero interest in buying it,and can't see current Hellcat buyers giving up their current cars for that!

Couldn't give a damn about the powerplant or the attempt at making an electric vehicle sound cool. Modern cars will be modern, fine by me.

If anything, marketing should stop trying to shoehorn gas powerplant sounds into EV's and concentrate on making cool sounding inverters and motors for a change - a-la any 1980's sci-fi.

I do take offense that, for all the effort of creating a modern '68 Charger throwback, they couldn't even attempt to replicate the original quarter window, much less make an attractive greenhouse at all. It looks as if they made a 2-door for the reveal, but FULLY intend to repurpose the platform and roofline into a 4-door.

FIFY. The wheelbase at the rear DID have to be shortened to make the roofline work. The rear wheel's position relative to the C-pillar is integral to the Charger's proportions, regardless of the execution.

Agreed. How many threads do we need on this thing? There's several at this point.
Only 1 good one. Most of them turn political and then we can move them to Politics or trash. (sometimes one and the same forum)

Which is the good one? I'd like to post the Photoshop in a thread where there's actual civil discourse.
