Doing the upholstery yourself

Sewing in a straight line is harder than one would think. Your lines are all spot on! I ain't buyin' this "rookie" BS, you do too good of work.
 
You are right those straight lines take a little practice and getting to know the machine, I have to feed the material in angled slightly to the right on mine to get it to run straight.
My point to this thread was to inspire others to do it, I found the machine for 300 bucks, and have made that back already by making my own dog frisbees!

even more so than a few professional jobs (or kits) that I've seen

even the 'practice' Duster seats look great
