dome light dims

when i turn ign switch dome light dims a bit and when i turn headlight switch on it dims a bit,anything that turns on will give a flicker,new alternator,new voltage regulator,new floor dimmer switch.no headlights,no dash lights just replace dimmer switch on dash,gas gauge still works,put new led bulbs on the dash,new turn signal switch worked for a day,now no turn signals at all? thanks

Is this happening with the engine running or off? Any draw with the engine off will dim the dome light for an instant but it shouldn't do it very much. No head lights in the system yet but have parking lights? If you turn on all the lights, the dome will dim and will probably stay a bit dim with the engine off and when you turn on the ign, you make the ignition system hot which is also a pretty good draw. Did the turn signal switch burn out and is the car's wiring a mess? If things still look good, you could be having a ground issue which is usually the culprit in most cases.....

engine is off during the diming,everything was good until i replace turn signal switch,day after install things went south.i will replace dash dimmer switch again power to 3a fuse is gone,problem i had before i replaced the dimmer switch before.
