Dome light placement

Can anyone tell me where the dome light is supposed to be mounted?

My charger had a aftermarket dome when I bought it. There are four screw holes in the center support. Does it mount to the front, rear or is there a bracket I am missing?

The dome light on your charger is sheet metal screwed into the center of the roof brace, slightly behind and above your head as you are sitting in the drivers seat. If you look closely you will see the original screw holes. the wire harness for it runs immediately to the left side, then forward to the pillar and then down to the lower left side where it gets connected. The metal body of the dome light is the bracket that bolts up there.

Can you send me a pic of the actual screw holes in the support? I’ve got the wires in the right place. I just don’t know where to mount the light. Mine as four holes, two towards the front of the support and two towards the back. That’s why I wasn’t sure which one to use.

Do you remember if it’s screw to the front or rear of the support brace? You probably can feel for it and tell.
