Anyone know what's going on with mancini racing?I placed an order over 2 weeks ago,never recieved any tracking or communication,been emailing and calling daily with no responce and a recording saying they are closed,did they shut down?

Probably closed for Christmas/New Year and most staff have had or have Covid. They've always sucked for communication...but some things there isn't much choice.

Agree - Jan 1st was Saturday so closed today. Their lead times can sometimes be long and they don't do follow-up well, but sometimes they have items that others don't.

Ive recieved all my summit orders,they have been spot on,probably depends on what you order though,man I would have got my refund by now,your really patient,I dont mind the wait,its the lack of even an email that erks me,been calling them everyday and they dont even answer the phone,ill have to hang tight and see when they get to me

Mancini isn't exactly a big operation.....and Jeff was the only tech/worker there at one point. They will usually get to ya eventually but anyone that knows Jeff (if he's still there) knows that he's not exactly the best talking on the phone lol

stopped by there last week, Showroom was closed. everyone is out with covid, . there were just two guys there working internet orders.
I guess just be patient.

I ordered a set of magnum 500 wheels from Coker Tire last year early March. Received them the week before Halloween. Thought I was ordering early to get just in time for summer. Yes, summer of 2022…

The wheels are Wheel Vintiques, they're out of stock since then. I haven't paid for them yet. Been on back order since February, they sent me e-mails to notify me. It's just an extra set of wheels I feel like having, that's all. Like a extra pair of shoes.

Broadly speaking, it really aggravates me how many people don't really "work" the already fewer days they're actually at work, around Christmas and New Year's weeks.
When I'm working and it's NOT the holiday or eve of, I expect others to as well, just like any other work day.
It's hard enough to do my job, but I depend on my suppliers and when they are "half engaged" it makes it more difficult for me.

It's been several years since I had any contact with Mancini. But in the past they were very responsive. The C19 stuff has done terrible things to many, many small businesses. Hope they can recover.

If by "stuff" you pay particular attention to government (at any level) going into months-long shutdowns and restrictions on movement, especially independent small businesses, and paying people $600 a week to stay home, that would be a good place to look as to why we are where we are.
Any small business that is still in business is fortunate.
I'll leave it there.

Bio, I agree, politicians at most levels have screwed this up for small business, by the way they reacted to the C19.
