Why is Mancini Racing Closed!

Ordered couple hundred dollars worth of parts from Summit Monday evening was on my porch Tuesday ‍

Guess that dodgeboy440 does not see it as good customer service to not let customers guess and at least notify regarding a delay. He must have issues he needs to address.

I quit ordering from them. I called "one" time on a part and hadn't got shipped in 3 weeks. No email nada. Talked to a guy and asked if that was normal and he just smart-*** said it's on back order. They should have let me know it would be on back order and I wouldn't have called. Not the first time. If you wanna order from them understand it will be awhile. Terrible customer service.

@boboh1 Jeez, they are prepping for one of their biggest selling events of their business year. Keep your frickin' pants on. They will get back to you as soon as they start doing business again. I have talked to Roy and Jamie at Mega Parts about this. A weekend show takes a week before and days after and then catch up with all the internet orders that came along during the 2 weeks of their show.

OK. If they would have simply mentioned that then there would not be an issue and I would not have posted this thread. Wow, just asked why they were closed. Looks like others have had issues with them in the past based on some posts but I will continue to wait now I finally got an answer as to why.

Let me say one more thing and then I am going to close this thread down. Mancini is a great Mopar only supplier of parts. If you run them in the ground because you didn't get a notification as to why they are real busy with an event, then so be it. Sorry for your inconvenience. Just think about what all your complaining can do to their business and when it's gone, look in the mirror because you and people like you are the reason why they went away. Could they do better? Absolutely, but tell them when you get a message back and don't blast all your discontent across the internet. You are part of the problem and not part of the solution!
