Both doors sag downward. I bought new hinges but haven’t put them in yet. I was anticipating part of the issue might be with the latch. The latch surface that rides on the post is fairly worn. I got new post. Haven’t put those in yet either. I know it’s slim to no chance of finding any latches that aren’t worn and maybe that has nothing to do with the sag.
If your door sags that is why the post and latch is worn. When you close the door it has to ride up over the post to latch closed. New hinges should solve that once the door is properly aligned. Start there. It might be all you need.
