Comments about these? Quality? Does their coating last?

And fitting?

Issues that can be expected? 70 B-body with 6.1, T56 (driver side starter), Standard steering box but fast ratio pitman/idler arms.

Propwash put a set on Skeletor. You could pm him to see how they are holding up, but he was very satisfied with them if I remember correctly.

Cannot say for sure with your set up, but I have a set of Thorely headers on my 68 charger with a Indy headed 383 with a tremec 5spd and 1.10 dia. road race torsion bars. They are the best fitting headers I have ever used. No clearance issues, did not have to ding or dent any tubes, plenty of room around the mini starter and torsion bars. The quality is very good, nice welds, 3/8 thick flanges and so far the coating is holding up.

they fit nice and dont hang down too low, i had to chop one up and re route tubes to work with hemi 6 speed cuz of starter location being switched to passenger side.
