Lots of them do now.
I use the tape on the end trick like shown late in the video. Just cut the tape off with a utility knife when need to use the caulk again. Reseal with more tape. I have had a tube of silicone last about a year when using this method. Black Gorilla tape is my "go to" for taping anything any more.
As far as all the elaborate tricks of splicing tubes together, or using a heat gun, etc. Nah, no time for all that...

With the price of caulk now, those ideas may be worth the time
