Anyone who has a 1969 Charger R/T should get the new Nicolas Cage movie called Drive Angry...the Charger is shown a lot in this movie and Cage drives the hell out of it...Marla...:director:

BUT- BUT- BUT- BUT- BUT ,,,,,Marla....... i dont have a 69 charger R/T ...am i still allowed to watch the movie?

I bought it, just because it has a Mopar in it. I wasn't that bad, but don't waste your time watching the movie "Drive" with Ryan Gossling, that was a turd!

Just saw Drive last night...I never have watched a movie with him in it...he is a good looking guy but they did drop the ball writing wise...kinda got strange at the end...did he die?...Marla

:tied up:Yes you may...if your home work is finished...Marla

To be honest, I don't remember and I just watched it two weeks ago. That's how bad it sucked.

drive angry...

I bought the movie on blu-ray just because it had a Charger in it, eventhough mine is a '68. It was an ok flick. I wanted to see "Drive" but have not rented it yet. Anyway, for the heck of it I decided to get a personal plate for my baby, since it is going to be painted black. My kids luv it... most non MOPAR people won't know that much difference between the years.

That does look like a good movie... Can you get it in a store or over the internet to buy it, I don't often rent movies or buy them so pardon me but whats Blue Ray? I just might get it myself instead of "renting it"

Looks like a Nice Charger.... Charger R/Tguy!

Blu-Ray is Sony's name for the high defination DVD, capable of 720P or 1080I, resolusion that is used for high definition TV's. The higher the resolution, the better the picture. Old VHS tapes have about 340P resolution. The Blu Ray dvd players play these newer disks as well as the the standard dvd's. Thanks for the compliment on the Charger.

I know, I know, don't worry I have a nice soft cloth inside to protect it. It's a great place to store my parts as I am working on it. When the trunk is empty my car will be ready to rock & roll.

The Charger was the only good part of the movie. It really is not a car movie, just gets them from one fight scene to another. The movie was pretty bad, I can't believe I spent $$ to see it in the theater.

I see, It sounded like a good one, If i can rent it ill go that route.. If its worth buying.. to me... i can always do that. I try to get all the car movies, just a hobby i guess but my all time favorite is Christine, then the Vanishing point with the Challenger.. 68 was always my favorite Charger of them all, i like them all but something about those tail lights! :)
