Hi
The drive shaft my 69 road runner came with (out of an auto i believe) is different from my Manuel transmission. The drive shaft has a master spline while the transmission does not. Anyone able to shed some light on why this is? Also if possible anyone know where i can find the part to adapt the driveshaft to fit? Thank you

I have never seen a master spline on a Mopar drive shaft.

Seems I do recall seeing a master spline on something recently and it was probably a MoPar. I'm not sure why this is necessary but it appears that the drive shaft should fit no problem.

My 68 coronet also has a master spline 727 auto. Maybe try cleaning that slip its pretty rusty looking even wihout a master spline it does not to me that shaft will slip on anything. I dont know if that would help the master spline deal.
